Pelvis – Power and Stablity

Sunday 23rd June, 10.30am – 5pm

The pelvis – our centre of gravity and the area with the strongest muscles – is the engine of our body and ideally of a lot of our movements.
We will explore the organisation and connectedness of the pelvis and the pelvic floor in relation to the rest of the body. This will improve our posture, stability and vitality, help incontinence, and create lightness and graciousness in all our movements.

Feet and Toes

 Sunday 11th August, 10.30am – 5pm

Our feet are our foundation, they give us stability and allow us to be mobile. We stand, walk, jump, dance etc with them.
Our stability and balance depend on how flexible our feet are, how much we are aware of them and how well they function in relation to the rest of the body.
During this day we will explore our feet with gentle movements while lying on the floor, in standing and in walking.
